Our keyholding service brings you peace of mind whenever you’re away from your Spanish property. We’ll store your keys securely in our office and vehicles (when en route to our twice monthly property checks). So you can feel confident your keys are always safe – and that your property is secure and in great condition all year round.

Checking your property twice a month. For example, we’ll inspect for damage, water plants, check alarms, doors, windows, lights and power, and look out for any signs of attempted intrusion or theft
Repairing and solving minor issues discovered in our checks, for example, damage, damp, mould and the presence of pests and vermin. We’ll also update and advise you on issues
Giving you and your guests direct 24/7 emergency access to our team to solve urgent issues at your property
Attending your property whenever someone needs to be present, for example, to take a delivery
Checking and collecting mail, and forwarding it to you if appropriate
Sending you detailed reports of checks and actions after every visit to your property
Running taps and showers, and flushing toilets to ensure water safety

Spotless, shiny and tidy… that’s how we’ll keep your property while you’re away. We’ll scrub, mop, polish, sweep, vacuum and dust until everything’s perfectly clean, hygienic and welcoming. And because we’re all about building lasting relationships with our clients, you can trust us to clean your property as lovingly as our own.
Vacuuming/mopping all floors, including terraces and balconies
Cleaning and polishing windows, frames, ornaments, and all surfaces
Deep cleans of kitchen, ensuring oven and all appliances are spotless, and emptying refrigerators and bins, and bathrooms, including cleaning wash basins, showers and toilets, emptying bins, and replacing toiletries
Tidying property to an exceptional standard, including clearing clutter, arranging cushions and rugs, and closing awnings and blinds

We’ll keep your Spanish property in pristine condition all year round, free from the hassle of organizing everything yourself. Our team will maintain your property, garden and pool and, where necessary, call on trusted and pre-approved plumbers, electricians and decorators. And if there’s ever an emergency, you and your guests will have 24-hour emergency access to instant support from our team.
